Site policy

Privacy, in plain language.

This page explains the kinds of information Indianapolis Beauty Connect may receive when you browse the site or submit a request for local help.

The short answer

What we collect, and why.

If you submit the request-help form, we collect the name, city, service, and message you provide, plus at least one contact method (email or phone) so we can reply. We use this information to suggest a local starting point and, where relevant, to share your request with a suitable local business, as described in our lead-use notice. Browsing the site itself does not currently set any analytics or advertising cookies.

Where it goes

Storage and notification.

Form submissions are stored with our database provider and a notification is sent so a request can be reviewed. We do not sell your information, and we do not ask for medical records, passwords, or payment details through this form—please do not include them.

Your choices

Ask before you share more.

You can ask what happens to your request before adding further detail, and you can browse the guides without submitting the form. This page describes how the site technically handles your data; it has not been reviewed by an attorney and should not be treated as a substitute for legal advice on applicable privacy law.

Temporary form draft in this tab.

When you submit a request, the form can keep a temporary draft in this tab’s session storage so an unsuccessful send does not erase your entry. It clears the draft after a saved request returns you to the confirmation page. No analytics or advertising service is loaded to receive form events. Your personal form fields are not added to the optional event queue.
